The Buzzard III has very high-quality optical properties and features a lightweight yet very sturdy constructed housing. This gives the Buzzard III a fantastic grip, and with the open bridge, observing with the binoculars using one hand is a breeze. The lenses are equipped with high-quality multi-coating for optimal image clarity. The compact Schmidt-Pechan roof prisms are equipped with phase correction coatings for optimal image sharpness. To further enhance image clarity, a perfect surface mirror is applied to one prism surface of the roof prism. This perfect surface mirror consists of 60 coating layers. The difference in strength between both eyes can be corrected by rotating a so-called diopter ring, which is applied to the right eyepiece.

The Buzzard binoculars are waterproof and filled with dry nitrogen gas to prevent internal fogging. They are solidly built with a powerful and handy housing.
